Help unable to send email from sent folder

I'm able to compose a new mail and send perfectly fine but I'm unable to foward/reply emails that are in my sent folder (I get unable to send email notification and the msg gets stuck in outbox). I'm using gmail exchange activesync on my droid incredible 2.

What if you change the label to inbox then fwd or reply it?

not the most ideal way to do it but it definitely works and I at least have a workable solution! Thanks!
