Help Unable to switch calls

I am unable to answer the calls while already in a call..i saw somewhere that teleconferencing (merging calls) is possible on android.. idk why it is not working for me.. it says Unable to switch calls everytime i dial a new no. within a call
I am using reliance gsm.. guys any ideas ?

Hey how is it possible.
2 days before I made a conference call with 2 calls except my connection on tata Docomo.
Maybe reliance gsm doesn't support it
