unable to update

Hey people
I m using lg g2 4g Lte (verizon) n i m unable to update it to kitkat ..i tried connecting it to pc but no luck.it shows error saying unable to download pakg..if u people can help me out i would appreciate it.

Over your signal, is that an R for roaming? If it is anything like my N7 it is a 300+MB download. It's probably best over WiFi.

Did you buy it used? Check about phone > status and see if it's rooted. You may have to restore stock before you can get an ota.

No i dont think so its for roaming

Yeah i did buy it used..its not rooted i checked it already ..

If it was ever rooted and not flashed back to JB you'll need to do that. Even traces of root will prevent it from getting updates.
