if you have access to a pc, you could try pushing a different launcher, from google play store

I don't really know how to push apps to phones i know you have to use abd but idk how to use it so ill just flash it thanks i really appreciate the help

Can i use any one of the droid x firmware? Or the stock

once 2.3.4/4.5.621 has been installed only that sbf will work, if 621 hasn't installed you can use any of the dx sbfs.

it didn't download correctly then, you need to redownload, and should

Verify that your download is complete with MD5/SHA-1 Hash Checksums
or at least verify the size of the file.

This is what i get every time i try and decompress the sbf. Ive downloaded it 4 times same thing every time

try using 7 zip to decompress
or move sbf to c/
the file path is too long error is often from, file is in too many folders

Okay never mind i did something wrong i fixed it though thanks. Now i got to get a new battery the one i have is water damaged stays in bootloader for about 5 mins

To flash a custom kernel does the bootloader need to be unlocked
