I recently got a new triumph sent in after issues with my old triumph. It is very difficult to text sometimes. Sometimes it would be smooth for a couple of letters and then i try presssing the letter a and a letter u would appear. Its currently still in stock rom so is this just an issue with the hardware? Does virgin mobile send refurbished phones?
