Help Undo feature ?

Sometimes you remove an icon from home screen and then decide you want it back, rather than go through app list to find the icon and re-add it, is there an undo delete/remove function hiding somewhere ?

Hi, what i do is if i think i will not use an app i create a folder and put all those in, if i do then need the app it's a click away.
