Help Undo/lose half flash?

Hi, new to flashing here. I used cdmaflasher to flash the phone. I half flashed it first then I did a hard reset (thinking it would undo the half flash) then full flashed it. I got it activated to mobipcs afterwards and the associate said data can't be accessed. Is there any way to undo the half flash and full flash it so I can use data on the phone?

is the phone rooted?

i never heard of "half" flash so i'm not really sure on what to recommend for you. also i'm not familiar at all with mobipcs so i can't be of much help as well.
