Help undo update?

I had my Inspire set up just the way I wanted it... rooted, had my contacts imported, my home screens set up the way I like it, accounts for email, everything! Then this morning the phone told me it had a system update, so I told it to proceed.


I lost everything!!! all my contacts! ( I had backed up through Lookout, so I got them back ) all my settings! Alot of my installed programs! ( amazon market, most of my purchased games )


Is there any type of restore feature that would put my phone back the way it was this morning? I had titanium backup installed, but its gone now too.

nevermind.....


found most of my programs on the sd card and reinstalled them.... finally tweaked it back to the way I like it, maybe the update was important, I dunno.
