My phone has a big problem. All the delected apps come back everytime I reboot. My phone was always turned on with the same airplane mode and in dim screen. Then i try factory reset in save mode(because the one in SD storage doesn't seem to go through) and also clearing storage in save mode, but all it does is to cut off my service off my phone and doesn't delect anything except clearing me home screen and let me make changes only on my home screen. I went to Verizon, they said my phone is fried, cannot so factory reset, then told me they just did a factory reset, but nothing change at all nor did they delecte one single data. The best thing they can tell me is to get a new phone
