Root Unfortunately Camera has stopped working

Hi, I get this error message when trying to open the stock camera app, Im running IceColdSandwich 4.0.4, I've tried with other camera apps in the market and they open but I only get a black screen, no camera image.

I've tried the factory reset but it didnot work. Also I was looking for the camera app on the manage apps section to clear the data, but it doesnt show up there. Help please. Hopefully its not a hardware issue and I have to replace the camera on my phone. Thanks.

Have not encountered thus one before. How about trying a dirty flash. Without wiping, flash Ice Cold again, thank Wipe Dalvik and Cache before rebooting.
