Help Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped

I Have a Galaxy S2 4g from Boost Mobile. I bought a second one for my wife & hers came with Jelly Bean installed, so I downloaded "easy update" from android & loaded Jelly bean 4.1.2 on mine. Now I get the error "unfortunately settings has stopped" as soon soon as the phone boots. I found a workaround, which is to shut bluetooth down & then settings will open. If anyone has another permanent fix, please let me know & anyone else having the same issue, you now have a simple fix. Feel free to comment, I'm curious to see how many phones with this problem exists.

Not having it at all. I would suggest try clearing data on your bluetooth stuff and if that doesn't work, then re-flash a complete restore of JB.

I have the same error. My laziness will probably keep me from re-flashing Jellybean.

There is a simple one click install available in both rooted and non-rooted flavors. It is easy to do.

I tried the one step file. All I got was a red fail. I think I'll try a full wipe & then install Jelly Bean again. Thanks Guys. I'll post what happens when I get a chance to do the work.
