unfortunately, system UI has crashed!!

so every time i plug my sgs2 to my laptop via usb, i get this error. i got this error literally right after i downloaded reloaded ICS. any fixes?
 
and now i cant even restore my previous ROM (which was basically the stock rom if im not mistaken, it was before i installed cm9). i get this md5 mismatch error.
 
That's the reason I don't bother with CWM backup/restore and just use Titanium and SMS backup/restore. I think everyone's had the md5 error at some point and it means you can lose quite a bit of stuff!

The problem might just be that you renamed the cwm backup folder when you shouldn't have. If so, you just need to name with to something without spaces in it. Otherwise, the problem is a corrupted backup.
 
i backed up with TB also. anyways. i renamed it to "k"

and i get this error now.

"md5mismatch"

/tmp/recovery.log was coped to /sdcard/clockworkmod/recovery.log. please open rom manager to report the issue.

solutions?
