Unicode bangla needed for android

Android is a Unicode complaint OS so far I know. But there is no Bangla language support still now. So, I can not view Bangla character in my Desire. We already have bangla support in windows and Linux (Ubuntu, Mint etc.). It will be very helpful if anyone suggest me to do something to get bangla in my Desire.

I today rooted my device and installed a Bengali font. Now can read Bengali but not perfectly. "Aa kar", "E Kar" and etc are displayed wrongly. Anyone got any solution?
I'm using Galaxy mini with 2.3.4.

Is it replacing droidfallback font with bangla in /system/fonts folder?


Same problem here...
Probably "Aa kar", "E Kar" related problem will not be solved before google supports complex script.
