I was wondering if someone can help me with problem. I just switched from HTC evo shift to the HTC evo 4g. My stock mail icon opened on my shift had "all accounts" on the top. My gmail had a green flag and yahoo had a red flag. All my emails showed up in one place. Now that I have set up my EVO 4g it has one thats default and no option to select "all accounts" My current software android 2.3.5 and software is 4.67.651.3. I'm hoping that its just an easy fix or something I'm not doing right. I would like to stay stock and not add any more apps if I can help it. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums!:D

The shift runs a newer version of HTC sense than the EVO. I suspect the ability to manage multiple accounts is one that is only able to be done on the newer versions of sense.

Your options are basically to use another email app or root the phone to put on a newer version of sense.

THanks Rxpert83,
I appreciate you replying. I thought that both phones had the same version of sense. If I knew that I wouldn't have upgraded to the EVO 4G. Obviously not much of an upgrade. Thanks for the help.

The EVO came out ~7 months before the shift did, so its technically a downgrade.

Although I would much rather have an EVO than the shift personally. Our rooted Dev support is amazing. We've probably got the shift ported to ours.
