Root Uninstall a theme?

How do i uninstall a theme, I've been looking but cant find a thread on it.
or well how to uninstall anything really? like kernels and stuff

Did you create a nandroid before flashing the theme?
If you did just restore.

Is nandroid just another name for backup?
If it is then yes but it doesn't have all the contacts or apps that I currently have.
I mean i have Titanium Backup and I did a backup on the contacts app, and I'm running Linux so I have all my apps saved on my desktop. So will everything go well if I restore the back up without the theme and then just restore my contacts app?

Your contacts aren't stored in a app or on your phone they are linked to your gmail account
