yes reinstall a CWM back-up you made before you started.or go to the stickys in ATR section or the rom gathering threads..

But if its for a deodexed rom then you have do what snake557 said to restore a nandroid backup

Or if you know how to use root explorer just replace the framework-res and systemui apks with the original ones from the rom.
