Help Uninstall Adobe Flash Player 11

I am desperately trying to revert back to 10.2. I go into Adobe Flash Player 11, and uninstall all of the updates. I am now back at 10.2, right where I want to be. An hour later, it has auto-updated back to 11. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? I am not rooted. Preferably without having to root.

Go to the Marketplace page for Adobe Flash and uncheck "Update Automatically".

I should have mentioned that I had already done that as well. Yet it still updates despite the box being un-checked. I can't figure out why that option is even there, if it still auto updates anyhow. Thanks for the suggestion nonetheless.
