uninstall app

i was sure on my main screen i could hold app and it would let me choose uninstall app / app info like in the app browser screen


i dont know what i did that now it just shows "remove" for the icon of the app instead of how it was before

When I installed CM9, that is exactly what happened to me. To uninstall an app, go to the Play Store and click menu>My apps. Then slide to the "installed" menu, and there, you can find what you have and uninstall directly from there. (this will also remove whatever icon from the phone)
