Root Uninstall Google Play Updates?

Do you need to complete this maneuver again every time Play updates?

Do you know if the move is reversible?

@riggerman, I just wanted to let you know I did the link2sd conversion and it worked, so far, so good...and I got my internal space back.

Glad it worked. Remember, any time you have a system app update, follow the same process.

It seems to me that the only thing that these people giving you advice is missing is that, since you're technically not savvy, you have obviously not rooted your phone. Without rooting one's phone, one cannot utilise Link2SD with the capabilities they are suggesting. Doesn't matter how hard we try.

And that is "root" in the non-Australian sense. I'm not telling you to have sex with your phone. ;-)

Ok, I'm a techno idiot and don't intuit these apps well... Will it be self evident what I need to do in link2sd? Thanks!

Iyou have obviously not rooted your phone.

But she has rooted it.

On android kitkat: long click on your app and drag it to "app info" click uninstall updates (works on some app)
