Root Uninstall Tether from TBH

Is there a way to uninstall or remove the TBH Tether patch that works in GB? I found the install instructions on one of the threads here, but I am not sure if I can remove it without doing a full SBF?

There is a zip in the TBH app to unpatch the tethering app.

The patch uninstall file is located via the above link. Place on the sd card, boot into recovery and flash the file. Done deal.
