Root Uninstalled Android Market

I just downgraded my Lg Esteem from ZVC to ZVB then Rooted. I was unintallling some Metropcs bloatware and must have uninstalled android market, How do I reinstall it? I have looked all over. I did find Market.apk 3.4.4 transferred file to my sd card but I am not able to install it? Can someone help me out please?

No No No, you do not try to install it... you install the market by getting the APK onto your SD Card(Internal Or External) then without trying to install(Waste Of Time) you move the APK file to System/App then reboot. It should be all good to go when you reboot except for the updates and all that.

Nope, you need a program like Root Explorer(Paid App) or ROM Toolbox(Free App). Navigate to where your Market.apk is stores, hold the file, select Move, press back until you get to the main menu for Explorer and navigate to System/app, paste it in this folder and reboot. Will want to open it to Accept the T&C then go ahead and sit back to wait for the Update to the newest Market version. If you need the Market.apk from the DEAD Stock Esteem then I can throw that your way, just let me know.

Okay well if you can, get on a computer and go to that link, donwload it, send the APK to your computer and then do what my instructions said above.
