Help uninstalled apps keep coming back on my Sprint Galaxy Tab

Hello All, I need help restoring my galaxy tab back to factory settings. I tried restoring from the settings and the recovery restore also but each time the tab restores my email accounts and apps are still there from before. If anyone had this problem and was able to solve it please insight me thanks.
 
My tab has been fixed by samsung and is now working great they said the problem was a bad bga component and the solution was to replace the pba. Hope this info helps whoever is having the same issues i had with my tab.
