That doesn't sound good. If it turns itself off while booting it can't be an installed application causing it. What model is it? Perhaps resetting it with a factory reset may clear the problem up without affecting your warranty. Failing that re-flashing the firmware (dependent upon model) might help, but this will possibly invalidate your warranty, contact the seller before doing it to confirm it is ok. Other than that...a sticky on/off button perhaps....or even a sticky reset button? Does it switch off when knocked?
I think you misunderstood my comments.A reset won't invalidate the warranty - but re-flashing it probably will.
The old SAWEE10 used to run v2.2, and that was generally considered to be the worst of the bunch but I have no knowledge of your version with v2.3. I think I would wait until i could contact the seller for the reset instructions, and if that didn't fix the problem I would pursue a refund.
yep sorry, my fault for not reading correctly. Yep think I will have to wait until Tuesday. it is still restarting itself at least 3 times before booting up properly
