Unknown 7 inch Tablet

[billhoran]

Hi I'm Bill and i have a 7 in tablet from China.
The model number is J-Q8D
With android 4.0.4
And base band version 1.5.
It doesn't have a gps or phone installed I have a gps antennae which I have plugged into the usb port with no discernible result .
Are there any apps out there to look at the usb to see what is going on.
What does the baseband version mean.
