Help Unknown caller... Dial 1!

Hello all, my problem is having to dial one to answer the phone(HTC EVO 4G from sprint). I am missing about half my calls because once I answer it tells me to dial one at which point i have to open the keyboard and press one. I have looked for an answer to this in other forums but nothing.

This problem might not be such a big deal if I only had a few unknown callers... The phone thinks EVERYONE is unknown even my wife's phone (same exact phone with only 1 digit difference in number, from same provider, and on my contacts list).

So since everyone seems to having some sort of problem with the contacts getting recognized please at least show me how to make it so a slide of my finger is all I need to answer calls from ANYONE.

sounds like you have google voice setup. here read this:Answering calls - Google Voice Help. you will have to turn off call screening.

Thanks it would appear it is google voice messing with me. The problem still is that for sprint phones Google voice does not have a "settings" where i can disable call screening its all integrated somehow though my wife's phone does not do it...
