"Unknown Caller"

I recently changed to the GO Launcher Ex and love it. However, when I get a call from someone in my contact list, it no longer shows the pic I made for them and it says "unknown caller". It DOES show the phone number AND the custom ringtone...

What am I missing here?

Is the problem consistent across both contacts that you have an area code and ones that you don't? Sometimes apps will match numbers but contacts are unknown without an area code.. even though it's a local number to you. Just guessing here.

Hmm this shouldn't have anything to do with go launcher. Did you install go contacts/dialer too?

I figured it out. I don't enter my contacts manually through my phone nor do I use google contacts - I sync with my laptop Outlook contacts and this got everything confused. Thanks for offering to help.
