Help Unknown SIM card???

While a at work overnight I noticed a strange icon in my notification bar. Turns out it's for unknown SIM card.....then did quick Google search & found a few other posts about it. One on Verizon support forums & the other on XDA forums. I'm gonna swing by Verizon today for new SIM card to see if that takes care of it. Anyone else see this issue yet?

Have you tried one or more of the following:

1) Remove & re-install the SIM Card

2) Remove,re-boot & re-install

3) Shut down,remove,re-boot,re-install

4) Shut down,remove,re-install,re-boot

You forgot one shut down , remove , blow off dust in device and wipe sims card contacts with a pencil eraser and then reinsert.
