'Unknown Source' Apps - Where do they download to?

Hi matt86, welcome to Android Forums!
I'm assuming by "downloaded" you mean using the browser on the phone? It's been some time since I used HTC's Sense browser but start by checking your SD card for a "download" folder - the .apk file might be there. If not, open the browser and look at its "settings" to see if a download location is set there.
