Help Unknown Sources not appear

Hello, I recently buy a HTC Inspire, but when I go to the "Unknown Sources" check this option not appear so I need to know what I can do to install that apps?

Hello Mario, welcome to the forums.

Sometimes apps will fail to install for other reasons. It's a good idea to clear your Market cache and data in menu > settings > applications > manage applications > menu > filter "all."

Wait for the list to load, then scroll to the Market app and click it.

After clearing the Market cache/data, reboot your device.
 
Thanks for the reply, but my problem is not with the market, when I try to install some app(apk extension with astro) I need to check the Unknown Sources but in my phone that option not appear at all, just this options:

-Manage Applications
-Running Services
-Development
-Fast Boot
