Unlimited data/tethering plan/docks

First of all stop lying mate. You can't do this. iPhone 4 comes with micro sim and Atrix 4g with normal sim. Right now you can swap the sim between any two mobiles, not with iPhone 4.

You are incorrect. All you need is a little $1 SIM adapter. I used my iPhone 4 SIM with other phones (Nexus One, Nokia N8) with no issue.

I have an unlimited data plan and successfully upgraded to Atrix and kept the unlimited data plan. I bought the phone at Fry's and they worked out the plan transfer... Unfortunately the unlimited data plan does not include tethering which is not only required to connect to a PC but also to use the media dock when you connect to a larger monitor and try to use the firefox browser. It is a stupid policy but such is the situation with a near monopoly.... I now have to figure out how to return my media dock since I can't use it without losing my unlimited plan. Don't buy the media dock if you hope to use it with your unlimited plan!

With the TV, have you tried just using the HDMI cable only and see if the webtop app is activated? I saw a youtub video awhile back that you didn't need the media dock to access the webtop app.

I don't have the HD dock, so I haven't been able to check this out. However, I've heard that you can use the HD dock on WIFI without a tethering plan. Would that help you out at all, or do you need to do it with a cellular connection?

I've done that - HD dock with webtop on the TV over WiFi. I left my wireless connection enabled but didn't have tethering on my account. There were no tethering charges on my bill and I still have unlimited data.
