Help unlimited pic/video messaging-how can i maximize on this feature

Im on a bell contract and a feature of the contract is unlimmited pic/video messaging. My wife has the increadible S and we are on a family/couples plan. Im not sure as to how to send/recive using this feature. I took one small clip and tried to send as a message but it exceeded the capacity of a message. I sent it in an email and the wife recived it in her email (not set up for phone yet) by opening the attachment using the internet on the phone but was not able to view it on the phone.
Id really like to use video chatting also, we have wifi here and the wife has wifi at work (no using data from the plan) and would like to video chat back and forth.

Any help/tips would be very nice if one could post to this please.

I am on T-Mobile, but maximum data per message is usually universal. Pictures are one thing and will resize themselves. But videos are kinda a scam in the unlimited logo. Anything over a few MB and you won't be able to send it. You can go to the camera app and set the resolution lower.

As for video chat, try Tango. It's in the Market.
