Help Unlock Button

I have just moved from the galaxy s2 but I miss the side unlock button and find it hard to reach the on button at the top of the phone. Is there any way to set the volume key to unlock? (not with widget locker as I don't want to lose my unlock screen.)

Well widget locker actually has the sense 3.0 lockscreen theme... Install the app, press n hold on the 'tool mode' screen of the app and add 'custom slider' then scroll to the bottom for the sense 3.0 lockscreen to add it. Also remember to enable 'easy wake' on the options menu for use of volume keys.

Thanks but I have tried that but it is only similar to sense but you lose the animations which I would like to keep.
Anyone else have any solutions?
