I have been having problem getting my phone unlocked. I recently switch to T-mobile from metropcs and wanted to use my old phone I purchased from metropcs. The unlock code that metropcs provided doesn't work. We have also tried hard and soft reset on my phone but the code still doesn't work. Can someone please tell me what to do to get my phone unlocked. I've spend $ to get help from third party but no use. My phone is samsung galaxy model# SGH-T599N

Hi vespinay. Welcome to AF. I believe I would return to metropcs and inform them the phone is still locked to their network if I were you. If they provided an unlocking code.. they should provide you with a working unlocking code.
