Root [UNLOCK] LG L70 Bootloader Unlock

THANKS A LOT MEN!! It worked totally fine, just had some echoes with the Graphic UI One click, so i had to alternate between the GUI in download mode (with this method pushed the files but stop in 45%, stayed in reboot, but did'nt rebooted, cancel) and then I opened the old script method, turned on the phone in usb depuration, and this ended all the process (installed supersu, etc)...

Now my LG L70 MS32310c MetroPCS is totally ROOTED!
Thanks to you and XDA developers xDD

Really thanks man, now gonna play with this precious.

Hi all, I can't get past part 1! in PTP mode adb devices works fine, but when on charge only, I get "???????????? no permissions". Tried going into different usb modes but it just won't work.

Edit: Scratch that, had to restart adb server! Now I cant get into fastboot! button combination is just causing lg logo to flash on with a vibration, then blank screen, then a repeat over and over! I did get to a blue screen with "fastboot processing" at the bottom once, but fastboot devices showen no permissions. Help!!

Edit 2!! Got into fastboot but flash recovery failed, value too large for defined data type. Don't know where to go from here!

Here is where im at. I went through step 1 everything went through. I have laf.img in the internal storage and the bootloader unlock folder. As everyone else, im having issues with fastboot. At first it would stop at port reset or something until i installed the driver from original post. Now i get fastboot processing commands. On PC side when o enter fastboot devices right below it is fastboot and like db and a couple numbers. Do i have to repeat step 1 and try all over again? Just dont know what im doing wrong.

that means it's online. any numbers means its online. no numbers means its not online.

EDIT: nevermind...was following the linux guide...but now when I run laf_script.bat it says device not found....I have debugging turned on and it IS connected to the computer

I entered fastboot mode and used the fastboot devices command and get nothing returned in the window....so I tried to just skip that step and sent the fastboot oem unlock command and it just says waiting for devices...the drivers are all installed and I think I installed the other tool correctly but its hard to know since it's not in english...can anyone help me?

I have an lg ms323 with software version c, I rooted, and followed every step in part 1 I keep booting up into download mode and then I get a fastboot error. Also in step 1 when doing the laf partition backup i get the error where it says no space left on the device. What can I do to solve this?..

Honestly I wouldn't worry about backing up the laf.img you can easily find the stock .img here or on xda-dev...that's what I ended up having to do but after I did that I lost root and had to run the LG One Click script to get it back.....I am waiting for a ROM that allows the rear camera and flash to work before doing anything else

I have a question. Is this process able to unlock your phone so you can use a sim card from another carrier? I am trying to use my Air Voice sim, a Lifeline program sim card, in my LG L70 Metro PCS phone. I did the process, the check says: "<bootloader>: Device unlocked: true" so shouldn't I be able to use other sims since it is unlocked? The phone says "Emergency Calls Only" when I try to dial out.

Thank you so much for any help.

Bootloader unlock and SIM unlock are different.

What did I unlock then?

I thought unlocking the phone with the bootloader unlocks the sim. Can you tell me the best way to do this? Please let me know.

Hi guys,

As you may realize I am new to the forums. I am having a little problem, when I run the bat file it shows me this message:

[*] Moving laf.img to sdcard/Download folder
/system/bin/sh: su: not found
[*] Moving laf.img to computer just in case
remote object '/sdcard/Download/laf.img' does not exist
[*] Now going to zero out the laf partition
/system/bin/sh: su: not found....

I am unable to install busybox because it says I need to have a rooted phone first, but I can't root without unlocking the bootloader. I feel like I am missing something in here. Any pointers are highly appreciated.

Thanks LitrosNub that really helped me out a lot, I got till the point of installing the ROM images and Gapp files but when the device reboots I get a purple fatal screen says
DBI err fatal - Demigod crash handler
My device is a 320n and I am installing Cyanogenmod 12.1 if that helps, with the Gapp and TWRP posted on the 2nd page in Cyanogenmod's thread. Now I am booting into fastmode again and giving it a second try. Any ideas?

No matter what I try, I always get a secure boot error while
Cause: boot certification verify as soon as the LG logo shows up, afterwards I always get the purple screen. Been trying different ROMs and Gapps so I suspect the problem must be somewhere else. Ideas anyone?

Use this:

Flash PhilZ located somewhere in these forums, that recovery has full ADB. flash it then reflash to TWRP to flash ROM's.
