Root Unlock LG spirit

Hello to everyone.
I have a LG Spirit quite commonly used, but is locked for use only with MetroPCS. Occurs which is now in Brazil, and does not work in any local carrier.
You can unlock this device?

Hello and welcome to the forums . you have a lg sprint with metro PCs . it isn't a unlocking but I can say metro has international calling . but if this is the CDMA try to *228 and press 5 for the update of prl .

I have to add that the LG Spirit is a coworker. he lived for many years in the U.S., and returned to Brazil at the end of the year.
And, of course, brought with it the phone. As he did not intend to return, the LG is only useful if it can be used with any national carrier.
I have a good experience with installing ROM's, but never tried to unlock a phone (I have a Xiaomi Mi2Sc). Know if something can be done, remembering that I have access to the keyboard? (by not having any network connection does not complete)
 
Does this lg device have a sims card . if not it can't be unlocked you can get metro pcs to add international service to the device
 
This phone can't be unlocked sorry it doesn't use Sim cards but I think it's called a uccid card
 
That's true uicc card aka 4glte card . if it could it would already be unlocked . but as I said it wont and can't be unlocked
 
the funnny things about these phones are if you delve deep enough. you could get something. i went to jamaica when i had my esteem and was able to receive text messages on my jamaica number. someone will figure it out
