Help unlock pattern/screen lock? Google sign in fail

Can anyone tell me how to unlock my spica when I forget the pattern. Tried Google sign in, and it tells me I have the wrong password...Like wtf? Grabbed another phone and signed in no problems...5 hours, and like a hornet with nothing to sting! Please help!!

Are you talking about the the lock pattern thingi, cause if you are then the same thing happened to my spica. The shopmanager said it was totally locked down and bricked. Had to wait 1 month allmost for a new one.

I did the same thing to my htc some time ago. Here are the hints I found on the web:

1. Password is remembered on the phone, not checked online - you have to provide the one you had when you registered the phone with google account, not the current one

2. If your phone is rooted - you can unlock it by modifying appriopriate sqlite database (that one worked for me)

its simple just call from you mobile number number from another phone then click the back button then go to the settings >> security and location >> require pattern (uncheck the button)

I think I have the correct email and password combination (there are 4 possible combinations in my case). Three of them are immediately rejected and the fourth, which I suspect to be correct, just results in a little blue "checking" message which just stays on screen indefinitely.

I tried calling the 'phone and then clicking the back button but it just went straight back to the email and password screen.

Any other suggestions anyone? Thanks
