Although, I'm getting conflicting opinions over in the XDA thread whether it's a true bootloader unlock or not. :dontknow:

Using the same method. Whether it's a true unlock or not, it provides me with the capabilities I want.

Stump root is easy for root. Then I followed a link from qbking77 dot com. Had an unlocked bootloader in about 3 minutes. Didn't even have to use my laptop. Install a free app called flashify, download the file and a few more steps is all that's needed.
