unlocked?

What carrier do you use? I just don't want an $80.00 -$100.00 bill every month? I've been using Metropcs! And so if I get the unlocked S 4 then i'll have to switch carriers because MetroPCS is CDMA..

Beside long time binding contracts, most telcos put their own custom firmware, and this will always cause some delays in updates.

I always get my updates first, before anyone who uses local (Malaysia) carrier control hardware.

Two, I can use it anytime, anywhere without problem, all I do is get a SIM and I'm ready to run.
 
I'm not tied to a contract or even a Network Provider, I can change to the cheapest deal going on a whim.

Buying a phone outright is dear initially but I've always found it's cheaper in the long run.
