The guide doesn't, but numpties like me trying to follow it may do.

The XDA forums have plenty of examples of calls for help from people panicking because, they say, they have bricked their phone. Most can be "unbricked", because they were not really bricked in the first place. However a small, but worrying, minority end up in real trouble.

Which is why I personally do not want to play to that extent with my

Then that's fair enough. I just gave the OP a free solution, they can choose to use it or not
