hi =)
So in short I can't send or receive MMS. They just don't download. I'm with 3 (Australia) and after playing around with the APNs, 3 concluded that the issue is the phone rather than their network. It makes sense since the phone was originally a Telstra phone and has been unlocked.
So I called HTC support, after playing around with more APN settings and doing a system restart on the phone, HTC also concluded that it is the phone. "Since it's originally a Telstra phone and has been unlocked, you may not be able to use the phones full functionality when unlocking and changing networks". Apparently it's because the "Android Version" is 2.2 - strictly a Telstra version.
Strange thing is that the internet works fine :S.
Anyway, does anyone have any advice? Is there maybe a way to "reformat" the phone and install another version? Any other tips?
This is really bugging me =(
Thanks.
