Unlocking galaxy tab 3 for any carrier

Okay so my brothers gf has a galaxy tab 3 from sprint that she wants to sell. I'm wondering if its possible to unlock the tab to work on any carrier? Thanks for any info
 
You can't unlock it because it's a CDMA device. You may be able to flash it to another carrier, though.
