I need help unlocking my phone.
I've googled and done what was necessary, however, when I get to step 2 to go to service mode it's actually not coming up with the menu, and really unsure as to why it's not working..
Please help me!
It would probably help if you were to explain what steps you are taking to try to unlock your phone. Step 2 doesn't actually mean anything out of context. If you are following some specific instructions you found on the web, can you provide us with a link?
