Help Unlocking Problems

Ive been having this problem with my Inspire. At times when i go to unlock me phone the screen will stay black while the 4 keys at the bottom light up as if the phone is on. They will dim and relight with each pressing of the power button but the screen will remain black. I dont know how to fix this and would appreciate some help.

This could be a couple different things. You could have a low memory situation or an application that is causing problems on your phone. Has this always happened or has it started recently? You might check and see how much storage is available when you go into settings and look in sd card and phone storage. If you only have a few mbs available in phone storage then you may want to move or uninstall some apps and or delete some old messages etc. Free up some space. Uninstall any apps that you don't use. If none of this helps then a factory reset may take care of this. Hope this helps.
