I know for a fact that the Acer Liquid E is simlocked to Rogers/Fido and unlock codes are not yet available (a French developer in our community flashed a Rogers dump AND HIS PHONE ENDED UP GETTING SIMLOCKED TO ROGERS. Community bought him a new phone because he as a developer was extremely important).
Milestone can be used on AT&T. Not sure about Xperia X10 or Legend.
