I flashed this "RingPlus_4.4.zip" under TWRP. With that, I got LTE for minutes, . I was happy until I restarted the system. It went back to 3G eHRPD again. The APN setting are still the same.

I tried some old APN patchers. But it seemed they got me the same eHRPD
