Hi!
Firstly, make sure that you are using TWRP recovery.
To move apps to sd card, go to settings, apps, press menu button and choose default location for installing apps. After that, you will be able to move almost any app to sd card.

Hey there I installed this rom on my lg ms323 but after installation I facing this problem.when I tried to access to security section of settings that time it showed this massage unfortunately settings has stopped.and for this problem I cant install any app.

I m using lg l70 D325.CM12.1.1 Build-2015-05-07 works great for me, so far I have found no problem except a very little bug,
The User profile is not customizable, when I tap that it says Contact doesn't exist. I m giving a screenshot.....
I have updated build -2015-05-13 but haven't seen any changes ....... Otherwise it works really great for me. Thank you for this greate ROM ....... I will grateful if u fix this bug...... Thank you once again......

Have you tried editing the contact crom the contacts app?

To boot to fastboot you have to disable download mode. That means zeroing the laf partition. There's a tutorial on the "Lg L70 - Root" forum.

yay thanks i was able to fix my bootloop issue
it turns out that i had to hold the key combo for recovery longer
but now im all booted up and im having fc problems (not on lockscreen)
its usually a "google play services" fc and then the app itself
is anyone having this issue or can offer some help

Install the lock screen fix, that fixes that also.
Go to contacts -> All contacts and to "set up my profile."

Nope, use TWRP, then it will upgrade to 12.1, but there may be some bugs so a factory reset is recommended.

Will the update to fix the camera in d325 saira soon?They are not the same msm323 the camera terminals pro d325? I thought that with the discovery of it would be easier to fix other devices.

ok so i believe the problem that i am facing resides in the google play services app. the version that is installed worked fine but after it updates to version 7.3.29 (1866531-430). if someone on the latest build can tell me the version you have that would be awesome. i have the ms323 BTW

Oh my god @Tweakforce_LG !!!!!!! If we knew what was wrong with your phone it would be fixed!! You need a new l70, because you are the only one that has that problem.
