Are the force stop issues solved in LG L70 D325 ??

And is there still the USB Connection problem as it was in CM12??

I think I bricked the phone. I did a full wipe of my CM12.1 ROM and installed the latest one. I flashed gapps 5.1.1 Pico package and restarted system. Then the phone started booting and going into app optimization and completing it there are a lot of FCing of apps and after a android.phone FC it restarts and starts booting by itself repeating the process over and over.
Unusually I can't even get into TWRP recovery through button combos for some reason. Fastboot too is a no go.

Edit: I forgot to mention because I was having an SD Card read only mount problems I tried fixing permmisions from TWRP including SElinux context. Was this the problem? Is there any possibility of a fix?

Edit 2: I somehow managed to get into Recovery after pulling battery during optimizations. It was due to FCing of apps. Wiping then flashing latest Gapps solved it. However the aftermath of this was a sdcard filled with unknown files but with same size as the content it had.

How to enable internal storage i used disable storage.zip, i need flash the new update ? Please help me thanks a lot
