  1. Copy zip's to SD
  2. Enter to recovery
  3. wipe data
  4. install zip from external_sd cm-12<...>.zip
  5. install zip from external_sd gapps
  6. reboot

Is it ok to use the MetroPcs ms323 variant, and would you recommend this over waiting for an official update from LG? Is there a camera fix?

Use CM12.1, @vm03 can you message mods to lock this thread and say there's an updated version in the OP? It's starting to get annoying people asking the difference between 12 and 12.1.

Chibi, CM12.1 and any 5.1 ROM has Camera fixed for MS323 (Front and Back) so go use that thread.

There's a root for 10c, bootloader unlock and recovery installing is no different from 10b.

Yes it works very good, except for the camera better than CM, use the info from the other thread to fix your camera but get Nameless, not Cyanogemod.
Btw LitrosNub, mods can do as they wish the thread, people are still coming for help in here

They can do that in the 12.1 thread... But ok?
 
Devloper in new update there problem of volume indicating panel during music and also headset button not working for direct start music and next for double tapping.
And also in menubar.
In menubar showing in alphabatically as i shown below.

Just reporting that MMS doesn't work on MS323 with this ROM. Constantly says sending.

Hey everyone! Brand new to this site, usually I find myself on XDA forums but this seems to be the home for my friends' LG Optimus L70 MS323 that I am trying to get CM installed on. From all the work I've done so far, I've managed to root the device, but not install a recovery. Since this thread is over 100 pages long I figured I'd ask if anyone has found a way to install TWRP or CWM to this device instead of browsing for hours on end for answers. Thank you! :)
