I have just spent best part of the afternoon reading posts on this and I cant seem to get any clarity.
What I want to do i think is simple and so either its not or I am as I cant fathom how to get it working.
All I want to do is have an unread email count (not gmail, I know thats changed since the update etc) on my lockscreen that tells me if I have any unread emails.
I have this with calls and texts but cant seem to do it with emails.
I am running go launcher and using widget locker as my lock screen. Can any one offer me guidance? I have been using stock email app, but I am happy to start using K9 as I know this seems to be a popular suggestion for getting it to work....but i cant for the life of my work it out.
