So I got an Inc yesterday, trying to root and install CM7, problem I am running into is everytime after unrEVOked reboots the phone it goes into HBOOT, then starts up like normal and stalls on the HTC Incredible screen, unrevoked reads "communications with device unexpectedly interupted try again." and then the phone boots normally. I've tried rooting with out the sd card, different usb ports, i know the correct driver is on the device, I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on. Help please.
